    Job Summary:

    The Account Manager/ Executive will be expected to be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to aid internal partners in their success using McCann Worldgroup Ph's services and products.

    Furthermore, this will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand what the project and campaign will need.

    Responsibilities:

    Commercial Excellence:

    1. Win Client Over. Build Strong Business Generating Client Partnership.

    • Intimately understand what the client values, their directions, and needs.
    • Able to read client's likes and dislikes, wants and needs, feelings and thinking and influences accordingly.

    2. Ensure timely project billing.

    • Make sure that all CEs are signed, POs issued, and invoices sent within the appropriate timelines.

    Product Excellence:

    1. Support project management activities of assigned projects

    • Orchestrate end-to-end activities of basic or small projects.
    • Attend to client needs.
    • Coordinate and execute project activities using agency resources.
    • Ensure that correct materials are delivered, and that the mandatory requirements of the client are complied with guaranteeing quality assurance

    Process Effectiveness:

    1. Client understanding

    • Has basic understanding of how the client or business operates

    2. Ensure excellent project/idea execution

    • Collaborate with internal MWG Ph partners in the development of solutions to client problems.
    • Able to brief internal partners effectively by successfully identifying the issue.
    • Attend ASC project compliance requirements
    • Prepare needed reports

    1. Continuously learn and work towards self-development

    • Prepare a self-evaluation at the end of every semester.
    • Initiates learning about market, culture, communication trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.

    • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Advertising Management, Marketing Management, Communications, or Management related courses/ degree programs.
    • For experienced candidates, at least 1 year of experience in Accounts or Brand Management; Experience in the ad agency industry is a plus.
    • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
