- Providing centralized leadership and acting as the main point of contact during major incidents
- Owning the end-to-end major incident management process, driving continuous service improvement for faster and more reliable responses
- Leading the incident bridge until resolution, engaging with the right responders and stakeholders at the appropriate times
- Ensuring timely and accurate communications for major incidents, following our established SLAs and OLAs
- Delivering updates and escalations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Managing the post-incident review process and acting as a facilitator for postmortems
- Collaborating with the IRG lead and reporting teams to provide clear incident management metrics
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT service management or a similar role
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure
- Technical expertise in IT systems and processes
- Solid knowledge of ITIL and its application in a DevSecOps environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
- Availability for shift work and on-call responsibilities
- Willingness to work rotating shifts 24/7
- Open to a hybrid work setup (2 days WFH per week)
- Experience in project work in conjunction with incident management duties
- Azure/AWS certifications
- Interest in emerging technologies beyond the scope of work
- Familiarity with the Insurance Industry and Financial Risk Software
