- Stakeholder Management: Provide reliable and pertinent financial information to senior management and investors, enabling strategic decision-making.
- Investor Management: Maintain transparent communications with investors regarding financial performance, funding, and strategic financial planning using Carta.
- Audit and Tax Management: Coordinate with external auditors and manage company tax obligations effectively ensure successful audit results and compliance.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and refine financial models to forecast business performance and support strategic plans.
- Risk Management: Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy in financial documents and ledgers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a financial control or related senior accounting role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Gusto, and Carta excellent Excel skills for financial modeling.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy in preparing financial records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders.
