- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and be able to schedule a demo with DrC Service Consultants
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure prospects are well informed about the services' features and benefits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve collective goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- At least college level.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, either BPO or non-BPO sales.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate with less supervision.
