    SCOPE OF WORK:

    • Attends and complies to the administrative and clerical needs and other logistical requirements (airline tickets, hotel accommodations, van and venue rental, and documentations) of the office
    • Gathers accurate information and collates, consolidates, monitors, and maintains files/reports from regional offices for proper documentation
    • Prepares, submits, processes, and reviews accurately cash advances, travel authorities/itinerary of travel, petty cash fund reimbursements, and liquidations
    • Coordinates and disseminates internal and external communications to regional offices, CMP-Mobilizers, nongovernment organizations, stakeholders, and other partners
    • Screens phone calls regarding projects
    • Promptly lists requests/schedules of meetings in the calendar of the department
    • Maintains documents, information, and other confidential data relevant to the operations
    • Performs other functions, tasks, duties, and responsibilities in furtherance of the Group targets

    QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree relevant to the jobExperience: 1 year of relevant work experienceTraining: 4 hours of training relevant to the jobREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE &
