    As a Channel Marketing Manager, Consumer you'll be responsible for Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing plan to drive sales growth for commercial team

    What You'll Do

    • Plan, Develop, Initiate and Execute marketing programs and activities in multiple channels for growth
    • Responsible for managing, allocating and planning the annual marketing budgets, investments and resources for growth
    • Ensure Consumer Channel sales target delivery and be agile to reshape plan responsively.
    • Conduct product performance analysis in both online and offline channel / Analyze distribution gaps, reach/need for partner addition and opportunities for different product portfolios
    • Develops effective go-to-market strategies and approaches
    • Ensures that customer NPS is at target level
    • Spearheads the capability development program of the sales force

    Your Qualifications

    • Over 5 years of relevant/related experience in the trade marketing/channel marketing/brand marketing field
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills/ team player
    • Can drive strategy into action/implementation via key stakeholders
    • Can adapt fast to changes
