    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or part qualified accountant
    • at least 1-3 years of Project Accountant experience
    • Exposure/experience in Shared Service or Multinational environment
    • Strong technical accounting skills, ideally in the context of project accounting
    • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is essential
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) is essential
    Job Overview
    • Supporting monthly project reviews with Project Managers
    • Inputting project financial data into Oracle NetSuite, our ERP, in a timely, accurate fashion, to ensure up to date, accurate project financials.
    • Setting up new projects, new clients and new suppliers in NetSuite
    • Reforecasting projects in line with the Project Managers' requirements
    • Applying change orders/variations to the project in line with the Project Manager's instructions
    • Ensuring billing is completed as per Project Managers' instructions for both fixed and time and materials projects
    • Filing project contracts in the appropriate SharePoint site
    • Interpreting and clarifying project results, including commentary on deviations, the underlying causes and corrective actions to be taken
    • Monitoring work in progress & unbilled receivables and producing regular Work In progress (WIP) reports in an agreed format
    • Maintaining forecast and actual project billing dates
    • Preparing and updating process documentation in compliance with standard project accounting processes
    Work Setup

    Hybrid (2 weeks office, remaining days of the month WFH)
    Must be amenable and open to work on flexible hours (both UK or US time) to meet changing work environment and to meet tight deadlines.
