    Job Functions:
    • Main point of contact for assigned clients, building, and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Understand clients' business requirements and objectives and provide strategic guidance on how our IT solutions can best meet their needs.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, such as Sales, Development, and Support, to ensure client expectations are met.
    • Proactively monitor and analyze client data, metrics, and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer additional training or resources as needed.
    • Collaborate with the Product Development team to provide feedback and insights from clients for continuous improvement of our solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations, highlighting key performance indicators, ROI, and recommendations for optimization.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT solutions to provide valuable insights to clients.
    Job Requirements:
    • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the Banking industry.
    • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of banking solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile) is beneficial.
