- Graduate of Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or other related field, with at least 1 year of experience in onboarding in a staffing company or BPO/call center environment.
- Candidate must be proficient in MS Office, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and preferably with SAP SuccessFactors background.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills, while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to work in a 5-month Contractual Basis.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule.
- Facilitate and Support Recruitment with onboarding process for new hires, including checking onboarding tasks are completed, updating checklists, scheduling onboarding sessions, discussion of Pre-Employment Requirements, conducting New Hire Orientations, verifying work authorization, and other onboarding related administrative tasks.
- Sends a report to key stakeholders highlighting of pre-employment requirements & status/results of background check.
- Partners with Recruiters and Leaders, maintain employee records and conducting regular audits to ensure all employee fields are accurate and complete.
