- Focuses primarily on the new business development of the platform Ie creation and enhancement of financial products and services offered to the platform, ensuring that the needs of the bank and customers are met
- Conducts innovation and tech trends monitoring to ensure platform remains competitive and continuously improving
- Oversees and ensures platform development and deployments are implemented in a timely manner via regular cadence meetings with the vendor and internal partners and monitoring of roadmap/initiatives to ensure customer needs are met
- Works with platform lead to develop strategic plan for the platform that aligns with the banks overall objective
- Coordinates with UI/UX to ensure that products to be develop have an excellent user experience.
- Cross-functional collaboration with various departments to ensure the platform is seamlessly integrated into the bank's overall structure and operation
- Overseas vendor-relationship managing 3rd-party relationships, solutions or services (if applicable), manages contract negotiation, vendor/product performance and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Works with internal units (e.g., Legal, Compliance, DPO) to ensure platform is fully compliant with all applicable regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in business or any related course
- At least 5 years of banking industry experience
- Background in project management, business development, financial analysis, data analysis, regulatory compliance, finance, economics, marketing, information technology and risk management
