    A Senior Bookkeeper is expected to:

    Day to day
    An allocated client scope and tasks to achieve weekly
    Work to task deadlines
    Update client file per work procedure
    Update team leader of task completion and any unreconciled issues/call outs
    Tasks may include:
    BAS/IAS preparation
    Bank reconciliation
    Payroll preparation
    Data entry- AP/AR processing
    Client specific report updates
    Time capture
    Support processes
    Weekly
    Team meeting – check in, re-focus, news and training
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    Accounting Bachelor degree OR TAFE Cert 4 equivalent
    Certified Xero and Xero Payroll advisor
    Basic Microsoft Excel formula and navigation skills
    5+ years experience in an Accounting/Bookkeeping role
    Experience within a multi-client accounting company environment supporting a portfolio of clients
    Experience with XERO and either MYOB or QuickBooks
    3+ years People management experience
    Amenable to work morning shift and onsite in Ortigas
