    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed CGM sales goals.
    • Identify and qualify new leads within your assigned territory, focusing on hospitals, endocrinology clinics, and primary care practices.
    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), including endocrinologists, diabetologists, and primary care physicians.
    • Educate HCPs on the features and benefits of your company's CGM, highlighting its positive impact on patient outcomes.
    • Partner with HCPs to develop effective strategies for integrating CGM into their patient care plans.
    • Close deals and secure new CGM accounts.
    • Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and continued use of your CGM technology.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in CGM technology and competitor activity.
    • Deliver compelling presentations on CGM benefits and data insights to HCPs and patient support groups.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably with a focus on diabetes management solutions.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive healthcare environment.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, reimbursement models, and physician prescribing habits.
    • In-depth knowledge of diabetes management and the benefits of CGM technology.
    • Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical trial data interpretation is a plus.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare innovation.
