- Analyse requirements effectively and create detailed, comprehensive test plans
- Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases and scripts
- Execute test cases under varying circumstances, including exploratory testing
- Document and evaluate test results meticulously
- Detect, log, and report program bugs and glitches promptly
- Track defects diligently and assist in troubleshooting errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as developers, business analysts, and product managers to drive quality assurance efforts
- Conduct or participate in pre-/post-release and/or post-implementation testing
- Minimum of one year hands-on experience in QA/software testing
- Experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks and QA methodology desired
- High attention to detail coupled with solid analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and formal presentation
- Experience in test management software (HP ALM, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, QMetry, qTest or similar tool) and SQL
- Experience in other tools used for testing (Jira, Confluence, Figma)
- Good working knowledge of any programming language (Java, Python, C#, Javascript etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
