    Job description
    • Provide Inbound and Outbound technical support for Handheld Scanning devices.
    • Work in 24x7 Shifts to support our customers based in US.
    • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and do research work where as required.
    • Work on ad-hoc projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned.
    • Work with specific infrastructure and application technologies.
    • Deliver high-quality customer service via our support platforms.
    • Handle customer issues using our support tool.
    • Triage issues and escalate them when necessary.
    • Develop and maintain expertise across a range of subject areas, gaining sufficient familiarity with the associated processes to be able to process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
    • Document customer issues.
    • Continuous improvement of our self-service portal and knowledge base.
    • Investigate issues reported by customers and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and see through to resolution.
    • Provide superior customer service regarding our MDM solutions. Diagnose and solve application queries and answer customer questions.
    • Use various devices to reproduce customer environments to troubleshoot issues further.
    • Endeavor to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience.
    • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize work.
    • Strong sense of teamwork in all efforts

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in information technology preferred, but high school graduates with at least 3 years of experience in Service Desk or Helpdesk roles will be considered.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a help desk technician or campus support technician.
    • Certification in Microsoft, Network, or any MDM Platform is preferred.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrated good judgment and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are a must.
    • Functional knowledge of Android and iOS, macOS, and Microsoft Windows Operating systems, as well as the Microsoft Intune platform.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php33, Php37,000.00 per month

    Supplemental pay types:

    • 13th-month salary

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

    Education:

    • Bachelor's (Preferred)

    Experience:

    • Engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
