    IT Helpdesk Engineer

    We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Engineer. This individual will be part of a team implementing and supporting the tools and technology that drive a fast-paced environment. The IT Help Desk Engineer will be responsible for L1 support of all user tickets, inventory management, hardware procurement, and deployment of IT equipment across the organization.

    You'll be earning Php65, ,000 (depending on experience). On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:

    The main responsibilities of a IT helpdesk Engineer include:

    • Manage asset inventory
    • Hardware procurement based on hiring forecast.
    • Remote support of user base.
    • Provide support for corporate events such as All-Hands and conventions.
    • Run and maintain the IT Bar and provide technical support for walk-ups.
    • Create, maintain, and manage accounts for all employees and contractors.
    • Responsible for all IT related onboarding and offboarding procedures including account creation, laptop setup, and user provisioning.
    • Maintain conference rooms and collaboration tools used in the company.
    • Administer MDM solution.
    • Integrate new software with SSO provider.
    • Work with InfoSec on implementing security initiatives across the company.
    • Manage printers and print servers.
    • Work with hardware vendors for warranty repairs/replacements.
    • Skills/Knowledge Required
    • Customer first oriented approach to service.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Proven experiences with Corporate IT systems in a SaaS and Cloud focused environment.
    • Experience working in security focused environments is a huge plus.
    • Proven ability to solve problems under pressure.
    • Audio video system management experience.
    • Experience supporting collaboration platforms such as Zoom.
    • Knowledge of Okta administration.
    • Management of Microsoft Intune, JAMF, BitLocker, Druva.

    To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in MIS or related field.
    • 5+ years supporting users in face-face environment.
    • Technical certifications a plus.
    • 4+ years supporting O365 environments.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

    • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
    • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
    • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
    • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
    • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
    • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
    • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
