About the RoleThe ideal candidate has experience in B2B or corprate sales, direct sales, consultative selling, proposal development, and sales performance analysis, and is comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
Salary Range: 30,000-45,000Work Set-up: Onsite, hybrid work set-up will be implemented upon achieving sales target
We provide competitive sales performance pay through our commission and incentive programs.
Responsibilities
Sales Development
Generate leads through to identify new prospect clients.
Develops, builds and manages new business deals, new clients/logos
Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets.
Responsible for identifying market opportunities for business growth.
Identifying opportunities for sales expansion to existing clients.
Sales Management
Develop and present proposals for specific customer requirements, modifying services offered to tailor to customer needs and promoting company solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers.Communicate with Technical Solution, ITTSU, Project Management team for seamless execution such as installation of software/ hardware solutions.
Analyzes sales statistics / reports that can be used as a reference in reviewing the past sales performance and predict future sales performance.
Submits a complete and accurate sales report / account status in a timely manner reflecting the sales pipeline and makes appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
Escalate and recommends appropriate action/intervention to all delinquent accounts.Provides sales service improvement efforts
Attends trade shows or product launch for possible additional clients/ customers in the market.
Account Management & Customer Relations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposal preparation and service delivery
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that maximize value and satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of successful experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Product Sales
Proven experience in B2B sales, direct selling, or consultative sales
Preferably with industry experience in Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing, Industrial, or Technical Sales
Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and business-oriented
Immediate availability preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience in the Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing industries
