- Assists the HR Manager with overseeing and facilitating all HR activities within the assigned area of responsibility for the company
- Oversees, at the direction of the Human Resource Manager, administrative hearings, investigations and other employee relations-related matters
- Supports Managers, Site Directors and other Company leaders in the enforcement of all company policies and procedures
- Facilitates and manages all assigned processes and procedures as determined by the HR Manager (onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance, payroll interfacing activities, etc.)
- Participates in new employee orientations and ensures the complete communication of all HR-related materials and information
- Ensures company policies are administered fairly and consistently
- Provides excellent customer service to employees on all HR-related matters that are presented to them
- At the direction of the HR Manager, may conduct employee investigations
- Assist with local benefits administration and assist in facilitating annual enrollment
- Perform processes and ensure accurate maintenance of employee files in the HRIS
- Support HR Manager related to all organizational changes
- Attend team meetings when appropriate and create strong relationships between Company and employees
- Assist with government inquiries and requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all assigned processes are completed accurately and timely
- Assist HR Manager with work verifications, work letters and any other request that may come from employees or outside entities
- Other HR-related duties as assigned by management

Job Overview
The Human Resource Generalist participates and helps to manage all aspects of the employee experience within their assigned area of responsibility. This role reports to the HR Manager and provides consultative support to local operations and support function management. This role is also a primary point of contact for local employees and will be focused on creating excellent employee experiences.
