- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and take proactive steps to mitigate delays.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work meets our brand and quality standards.
- Contractor Management: Select and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and oversee bidding processes.
- Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the construction process.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with internal stakeholders, including the Director of Hotel Development and other relevant departments.
- Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and financial updates for senior management.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the construction management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in managing hotel construction projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional budget and schedule management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
