    Are you passionate about sales and have a knack for building strong customer relationships over the phone? Do you possess excellent English language skills and have prior experience in telemarketing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking for Outbound Sales Agents to join our dynamic team.

    As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential customers, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    RequirementsMust have at least 2 years of tertiary educationProven experience in sales and telemarketingStrong command of the English language, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGoal-oriented mindset with focus on achieving sales targetsStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsFlexible and can adapt to change easilyShould have no issues working onsiteWilling to work full-time night shift.

    ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and detailed information to customers about our offeringsHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concernsConduct outbound calls to promote Eastlink products and services(Solar)Build and maintain positive customer relationships over the phoneMeet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
