- Assists the Relationship Manager in fulfilling his/her account management, maintenance functions and daily transactions. This includes but not limited to the following activities:
- a. Checks the accuracy and correctness of client information in the bankâs system, and procures all required documents from clients to avoid possible risks.
- b. Prepares documents for review and submits approved credit facilities
- c. Implements loan availments, loan renewal, loan extension, past due monitoring, trade transactions, payments, repricing and collections.
- Acts as the co-custodian of clientâs credit folders and ensures that these are updated and securely stored.
- Performs administrative tasks such as filing of documents, budget availment, budget monitoring, and report preparation.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
- At least one (1) year of experience in similar function
- Knowledgeable in credit and lending, operations, credit policies, risk management and corporate banking products and services.
- Knowledgeable in regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and other bank products, processes and policies.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
