Job descriptionDaily checking of receiving reports.
Compute and prepare accounts payable voucher/check voucher.
Checking of delivery receipts for scheduled deliveries to customers.
Daily sales and expense report.
Update, encode and checking of daily production report.
Daily encoding of expenses (Operating Expenses)Monthly ending inventory of FG and raw materials.
Inventory analysis.
Compute and provide VAT input monthly.
Quarterly VAT reliefGenerates report of sales and accounts receivable monthly.
Bookkeeping of sales invoice.
Assists in processing and renewal of documents of truck insurance and registration.
Filing of check vouchers .

Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Administration or any equivalent course.

Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in accountingComputer literateKnowledgeable SAP operationKnowledgeable in operating various office equipmentGood interpersonal skills.

Team playerOrganized and keen to details.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Flexible and resilient.
Preferably residing in Marikina and willing to be assigned in Marikina office.
