    An E-commerce Customer Service Associate assists customers with inquiries regarding products and services, addressing and resolving their issues promptly through various channels like email and chat support. This role involves engaging with customers throughout the buying process, offering pre-sale and post-sale assistance.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat, providing solutions and information on products and services.
    • Thorough understanding of product features and benefits.
    • Familiarity with online shopping and order management processes.
    • Maintain service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal concerns and customer feedback, responding within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Prepare collaborative reports for documentation purposes.
    Escalate critical issues to the Supervisor for further assessment.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in Customer Service is beneficial.
    • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
    • Location: Malate, Manila.
    • Full-Time position starting in January.
