- Prepare and assist in creating documentary requirements for prospective clients such as cost proposals, contracts, etc.
- Accurately enter and maintain prospect and client information and sales data in the company's CRM tools.
- Understand and gather information on client requirements and document accordingly.
- Manage information and route data to the right channel.
- Assist the Business Development team in generating new leads through lead generation and prospecting.
- Builds relationships and demonstrated ability to connect with people at all levels in an organization.
- Participate on service development and process improvement.
- Do lead generation, administrative and ad hoc tasks such as reports, spreadsheets, presentations as required.
- Assist in the preparation of prospective client visits and site tours.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative support preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (preferably Hubspot).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Focused and goal-oriented.

- Customer-focused with a service-oriented attitude.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of the team.
- Amenable to FIXED TERM (6months contract).
