    Admin Assistant, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    An Admin Assistant (Transition Specialist) is expected to:

    The person will be responsible for supporting transitions/client implementation for client businesses into the Operations environment and supporting Client Implementation Officers in driving implementation deliverables from Shared Services.

    • Responsible for aiding the Client Implementation Officer in completing the onboarding of all clients during implementation by ensuring that all new hire requirements are completed before target go live dates.

    • Coordination with Shared Services to drive action required through coordination, follow-ups, filing of tickets, and overseeing completion promptly. Responsible for leading and driving action required from Shared Services including Talent Acquisition and Information Technology. Including, but not limited to the following:

    A. Coordination with recruiters and tracking the status of all assigned hiring requests from filing to contract offers.
    B. Filing of IT tickets: Desktop allocation and configuration, pull-out requests
    C. Coordinating the assignment of IT POCs on go live dates
    D. Drafting, sending and monitoring completion of OPS UAT reports.

    • Act as a backup POC for the assigned Client Implementation Officer

    • Ensure assigned trackers are updated in real-time

    • Draft and submit daily reports to the assigned Client Implementation Officer

    • Assist the Officer in drafting client meeting minutes

    • Manage special projects as assigned

    What it takes to be part of our team:

    • Bachelor's Degree in any field.

    • Preferably candidates with at least six (6) months of relevant experience.

    • Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

    • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite Applications

    • Amenable to work on Dayshift Schedule (10AM-7PM)

    • Amenable to Work On-Site (MOA) during the probationary period; then will transition to Hybrid Set-Up upon regularization
