    An Admin Assistant (Transition Specialist) is expected to:


    The person will be responsible for supporting transitions/client implementation for client businesses into the Operations environment and supporting Client Implementation Officers in driving implementation deliverables from Shared Services.


    • Responsible for aiding the Client Implementation Officer in completing the onboarding of all clients during implementation by ensuring that all new hire requirements are completed prior to target go live dates.
    • Coordination with Shared Services to drive action required through coordination, follow ups, filing of tickets, and overseeing completion in a timely manner. Responsible for leading and driving action required from Shared Services including Talent Acquisition and Information Technology.

    Including, but not limited to the following:
    A. Coordination with recruiters and tracking status of all assigned hiring requests from filing to contract offers.

    Filing of IT tickets:
    Desktop allocation and configuration, pull-out requests
    C. Coordinating the assignment of IT POCs on go live dates
    D. Drafting, sending and monitoring completion of OPS UAT reports.


    • Act as a back-up POC for the assigned Client Implementation Officer
    • Ensure assigned trackers are updated real-time
    • Draft and submit daily reports to assigned Client Implementation Officer
    • Assist Officer in drafting client meeting minutes
    • Manage special projects as assigned
    What it takes to be part of our team:


    • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • Preferably candidates with at least six (6) months of relevant experience.
    • Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient in MS Office and Google-Suite Applications
    • Amenable to work on Dayshift Schedule (10AM-7PM)
    • Amenable to Work On-Site (MOA) during probationary period; then will transition to Hybrid Set-Up upon regularization.
