    • With leadership abilities to oversee a team of recruiters
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong decision-making, coordinating, and negotiation skills
    • A self-starter

    1. Supervises and provides overall guidance to the recruitment team

    2. Builds recruitment processes that align with the organization's hiring needs and

    business goals

    3. Building the company's professional network through partnerships with universities,

    training centers, government agencies, etc.

    4. Partners with hiring managers to ensure alignment of hiring goals and expectations

    • Shift schedule – Monday to Friday (Onsite)
    • Location: Cebu
    • Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – PHP 50,000+
