- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests within SLAs
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions in internal systems
- Meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, Quality)
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required
- Adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards
- 6 months to 2 years of voice process / customer service experience (BPO preferred)
- Excellent English communication and listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working onsite, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic system navigation and multitasking skills
- Experience handling international customers
- Calm, composed approach under pressure
- Strong customer-first mindset with attention to detail
