Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Digital Platforms Management
1.1 Supports the Business Development Marketing and PEP in maintaining and updating all digital platforms.
A. External sites: Quisumbing Torres, , Lexology
B. Internal sites/platforms: BakerWorld, BakerCI, BakerExchange, Zoom
1.2 Assists in increasing engagement with the firm by collaborating with the BD Manager and practice, industry and client solutions leads to develop and advise on digital content that provides value to target audiences.
1.3 Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience
2. Social Media Management
2.1 Assist in the development (including content writing) and execution of social media strategy.
2.2 Channel manager for Amplify
2.3 Continue and strengthen LinkedIn; consider setting up FB and WhatsApp accounts.
3. Communications, Marketing, and Digital Media Administration
3.1. Assist in the implementation of all integrated marketing and communications initiatives (ie events and publications, logistics, etc.)
