    Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for an HR Manager for a diverse group of companies in Bacolod City.

    Reporting directly to the President, this role focuses on formulating HR strategies to enhance talent, leadership, and employee development in alignment with overall business objectives.

    Responsibilities:
    • Leadership/Supervisory Role: Oversee HR functions, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
    • Strategy: Formulate and implement HR strategies for talent development and business growth.
    • Analytics: Lead HR department in performance analysis and talent cultivation strategies.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with executives to support business needs and implement management programs.
    • Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, actively participating in relevant events.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of leadership experience in HR.
    • Strong communication skills to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Work Setup:
    • Onsite, the office is located in Bacolod City.
    • Mondays to Fridays, 8 am to 5:30 pm.

    Salary: PHP 30, PHP 40,000.00 per month
