    Job Overview: As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our matching team to ensure optimal client satisfaction and successful placements. You will leverage your experience in client-facing roles to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and facilitate the matching process between candidates and opportunities. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate the matching team to achieve placement targets and exceed client expectations.
    • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to encourage teamwork and productivity.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
    • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

    Candidate Placement:

    • Oversee the candidate placement process from initial screening to final placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify suitable candidates based on client requirements and preferences.
    • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for specific opportunities.

    Matching Process Optimization:

    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the matching process, improving efficiency and accuracy.
    • Utilize data and analytics to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine placement procedures to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to assess client needs and preferences, informing strategic decision-making.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Previous experience in team leadership or management, with excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage insights to drive decision-making and process improvement.
    • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is preferred.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro as needed
