- College diploma or work experience equivalency.
- Possess one to three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT.
- Strong communication skills combined with the ability to listen well and create sales opportunities.
- Organized, self-disciplined, proactive, motivated and ambitious to succeed.
- Operational proficiency in IT-related technologies with an aptitude for identifying client needs and positioning IT solutions and related services to address customer's business needs.
- Possess intermediate-to-advanced skills and knowledge of standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, CRM and messaging tools) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).

The IT Sales Support Representative is a crucial component within the Sales team. The IT Sales Support Representative is responsible for the development of existing Clients in a remote capacity: telephone, email, or Teams. Responsibilities will include analyzing the Client's needs and recommending the right products and services, as well as preparing and following up on quotations and orders for the Client.
