- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
- Has at least 2 years of experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of related activities on PEGA systems;
- Experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects;
- Has technical experience in Pega frameworks;
- Good analytical skills and have a conceptual / architectural understanding;
- Proactive with strong sense of ownership;
- Eager to keep on learning and upgrading skillsets;
- Excellent written and verbal communication.ÂÂ
- Responsible for design and implementation of Pega systems;
- Gathering and analyzing of business requirements;
- Involve in the requirement analysis phase to ensure feasibility of functional specifications;
- Actively contribute to architectural decision and ensure delivered software meets business requirements;
- Perform code reviews and hands-on coding to ensure best practices are followed;
- Provide timely resolution of incidents and mitigation of potential risks;
- Coordinate communications activities and provide timely project progress updates to stakeholders.
