Description:

1. To sell elevator and escalator in a competitive environment.

2. To establish good relationship with the customer.

3. Initiate appropriate action, follow instruction and carry out task in an efficient manner.

4. Should be able to foster a good working and professional relationship as well as after sales support with the Clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Attend and meet customer inquiry or preliminary bidding.

2. Oversee HEP's Client's elevator programs and projects.

3. Set Client's appointments, product presentation, recommendations & proposals.

4. Visit and meet Architects and Building & Mall Developers.

5. To conduct traffic study upon the request of Architects & Developers.

6. Prepare inquiries and send to HEA for price quotation.

7. Prepare and submit/discuss formal proposal to the Client/Owner.

8. Prepare costing for the bid proposal to the Client/Owner.

9. Follow-up submitted bid/proposal until such time that said was already awarded.

10. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications:

Male/Female
Civil/Mechanical Engineering graduate
With good moral character
With good communication skills both oral and written
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
