- Owns the Centerline and changeover DMS, actively participating in line DDS on process-related aspects. Ensures the efficacy of identified actions through result verification. Collaborates with the Cell Team to address losses, conduct root cause analysis, and develop 24-hour action plans. Provides guidance to the operating teams on equipment-related technicalities to meet the operational objectives of the assigned Cell.
- Responsible for overseeing the use of the SAP / EAM system and executing activities in a timely manner.
- Works closely with the Cell Lead and Maintenance Lead to optimize resource allocation and achieve departmental goals. Focuses on team development by delivering essential trainings and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Directs the professional growth of the management team reporting directly to them. Ensures a steady availability of skilled human resources, oversees employee training and development.
- Executes any additional tasks delegated by the supervisor. Adheres to EHS procedures, labor regulations, corporate policies, internal protocols, and work directives.
- Prioritizes health and safety in the workplace, understands potential hazards, implements necessary control measures for a safe work environment.
- Enhances competencies for safe work practices, participates in health and safety training, acquires relevant knowledge and qualifications, follows safety protocols, and complies with health and safety guidelines.
- Understands and complies with legal and JTI health and safety standards related to work hazards.
- Demonstrates consistent safe practices, reports incidents and hazards, maintains a hazard-free workplace to the best of their ability.
- Education: Technical, engineering, mechanical, or electrical background with knowledge of technical and technological subjects.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Language skills: Proficient in English for effective verbal and written communication.
- Functional skills: Proficient in PC applications (MS Office), familiar with production technologies, factory improvement standards, Lean Manufacturing (KAIZEN, TPM, TQP, JIT), ISO/EHS regulations.

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
This role focuses on enhancing the technical proficiency and process control expertise of the operational teams within the assigned Cell.
