HSE OFFICER

Responsibilities

Routine inspection and provide reports on job safety observations and control measures

taken.

Facilitates personnel H&S induction, training, toolbox and briefings.
Assist with reports with government regulatory bodies; DOLE-BWC, DOH, and BFP, to

ensure that minimum regulatory requirements are complied with.

Verifies all incidents on-site and provide initial report with written statements of those

involved and participates in incident investigations.

Ensures that all emergency response teams and equipment are ready and effectively

maintained to control loss during emergencies.

Provides OSH technical advice on meetings, develop Risk Assessments, Job Hazard

Analyses, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), permits and other safety requirements,

and the technical safety aspects of various work processes.

Implements and maintains safety systems and initiatives across the plant to employees

and contractors alike consistent with the identified organizational goals and objectives.

Conduct Work Environment Measurement of the workplace and its surroundings.
