- Primary contact for business inquiries related to SAP applications
- Liaison to SAP providers
- Participate in design, build, and configuration efforts on SAP
- Engage in global SAP projects
- Configure and Develop SAP and RICEFWs
- Ensure up-to-date SAP documentation and CSV compliance
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP and BI applications
- Coordinate design, build, testing, and deployment on SAP and BI
- Organize SAP initiatives, roll-outs, and upgrades
- Provide support, training, and assistance to end users
- Manage SAP change requests
- Act as backup for internal SAP team members, Henka AMS team, SAP Basis team, and MDM team when necessary
- Available to work in the Central Standard Time zone of Chicago USA from 8 am to 6 pm
- Degree in ICT, Bachelor IT, or equivalent experience
- 7 to 10 years of SAP configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of business processes in the dental or similar industry
- Expertise in SAP applications like S4HANA, Material Management, and ABAP development
- Experience with SAP modules integration, project management, and business process mapping
- Understanding of computer system validation compliancy
- Experience in SAP Inventory Management and Sales & Distribution
- Ability to create functional requirements, business process documentation, and test scripts
- Comfortable with data migration, training, and providing end-user support
- Exposure to global SAP implementations, SAP Activate methodology, and multicultural environments
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Japanese is a plus
