    • Source active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet hiring needs.
    • Post job ads through different recruitment channels.
    • Ensure the company's presence is highlighted by posting creative and compelling job campaigns.
    • Conducts initial and behavioral interviews.
    • Endorses qualified candidates to clients and assists on the next hiring process.
    • Provides timely feedback to candidates. Answers inquiries, follow ups, concerns of candidates.
    • Maintain candidate records and document all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
    • Submits individual daily report on performance.
    • Meets key performance indicators
    • Collaborates with Recruitment Leads in identifying the details of the requisition, the qualifications and job description
    • Act as POC for partnered clients and liaise in hiring requirements.
    • Join calibration with clients to discuss hiring requirements and updates.
    • Ensure timely communication with candidates, internal recruitment team and clients on the recruiting process and pending needs.
    • Setup calibration sessions whenever necessary to have an in-depth understanding of the hiring requirement.
    • Assist in training new hires.
    • Perform other duties when necessary.
