Qualifications
-Graduate at any field.
-Undergrads who completed at least 1 year in college are welcome to apply.
-With atleast 18 months BPO experience preferably as a Service Desk or Technical Support Representative (Troubleshooting experience must be with computers, Microsoft 365, ThinkPad, Windows 10)
-Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
-Experience on Ticketing tool (Service Now, Jira, and etc.)
-Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
-Applicants must be willing to work onsite.
