    Digital Transformation Manager - Metro Manila, Pilipinas - Cobden and Carter International Inc

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree holder in IT, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or related courses
    • Has at least 7 years IT and business experience, with a focus on building digital strategy, leading technology transformation projects, managing people, processes, risk and change, and working with the client/organizations to roll out the various programs, projects and initiatives
    • Experience with emerging technologies (Cloud, Big Data, IoT) and innovation and their business application
    • Professional qualifications such as CGEIT, Digital Transformation Certification, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management, Prince2 AGILE, TOGAF, ISTQB, COBIT 5/2019, or ITIL certifications preferred
    • Experience working with government and public sector, highly desirable
    • With strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
    • With strong understanding of corporate governance and the regulatory environment
    • With excellent communication (oral and written), client management and influencing skills
    • With strong team and project management skills (including planning and resourcing)
    • Willing to travel moderately
    Responsibilities:
    • Be responsible for the Digital transformation consulting team and related engagements
    • Planning, managing and delivery of digital and tech transformation advisory related projects to ensure business risks are recognized and appropriately managed before adversely affecting the project objectives. Activities include planning, scoping, budgeting, development of execution methodologies and resourcing the project
    • Provide technical knowledge, direction and training to the engagement team to produce quality deliverables on time and on budget
    • Building and promoting strong client relationships by understanding client needs and proposing digital initiatives to serve their needs
    • Define business problems and design and implement new operating models including people, process, and technology
    • Conduct detailed assessment of performance improvement opportunities aligned to our capabilities to deliver real transformation and automation
    • Providing and facilitating the involvement of subject matter experts for the key components of the strategy during the formulation stage
    • Presentation to C-suite, project committee or board of directors (where relevant) on the engagement status, recommendations and action plans
    • Be able to articulate the value of transformation to both our clients and our people
    • Manage engagement risk
