About the Role:

As anSales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by engaging potential customers, initiating outbound telephone calls, and setting appointments with decision makers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound telephone calls to targeted prospects.
Schedule appointments with Decision Makers (DM) for our Outside Sales Team, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients for further engagement.
Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Outside Sales team,
Conduct follow-up activities with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement and address any queries or concerns they may have.
Attend virtual sales meetings
Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in our CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Director of Inside Sales
Promote and represent the corporate culture and core values in all aspects of your job duties.

What youu0026rsquoll bring in:

Has at least 2 years experience in appointment setting for international clients
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent time management skills, knowledge and experience with Word & Excel
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent problem solving, analytical and researching skills
Has experience using CRM and/or sales enablement applications
Have previous experience in similar roles u0026ndash preferably in technology and cybersecurity industries
Amenable to work onsite (Night Shift)
