- Develop, maintain, and keep current all customs documentation for inbound POs.
- Support documentation for international parcel shipments requested by internal teams.
- Review and monitor all Customs holds, requests for information for clients and any other government agency, and other correspondence.
- Adhere to all domestic and international shipping regulations.
- Correspondence with overseas vendor offices for inbound PO and shipment resolution
- Partner with vendors to ensure proper PO documentation and timely shipment of purchased goods
- Manage receiving shortages reported by Operations and ensure credit retrieval from vendor.
- Execute vendor outreach and work with finance to obtain credits on return to vendor inventory.
- Create documentation and submit insurance claims requests on inventory we are unable to obtain credits for through vendor reconciliation and crediting process.
- Must be willing to be on a 3 - 6 months contract (temporary replacement for staff under maternity leave)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics
- Domestic and international import/export experience.
- Attention to detail and an understanding of the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with variant cultures
- Experience using software such as Microsoft Office and Google docs
- A can-do energy and willingness to drive process improvements

- Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
