- At least 5 years experience in Business Development (specialized exposure to real state), economics, banking or finance
- Specializing in the residential industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Must have basic knowledge in finance and accounting
- Candidate must also have skills or experience in business management, leadership, project management, negotiation, acquisition, asset management
- Must be amenable with onsite work arrangement
