- Respond to inquiries through our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram);
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences;
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability;
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure repeat business;
- Gives guidance and advice to customers regarding packages and other service concerns;
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities;
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or other related courses;
- Adept understanding of sales principles and client relations;
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous online selling or retail sales experience is preferred but not required;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent customer service and good interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed;
- Familiarity with events, especially weddings and other once-in-a-lifetime events;
