    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.

    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, Excel, and Word)
    • Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and product events (if applicable).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during all stages of the sales process.
    • Respond promptly and accurately to technical inquiries from customers, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to understand product capabilities and provide feedback based on customer
    requirements.

    • Create and maintain technical documentation, sales materials, and training resources for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
    • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product development teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of
    goals.

    • Provide postsales support, including troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with the appropriate teams to resolve
    customer problems.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to the
    sales team.
