Inventi is a technology company with the simple goal of simplifying property oversight.

Our core product is a cloud-based platform to optimize property management for

commercial and residential properties.

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth

of Inventi's property management solution. You will be responsible for identifying and

securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and

achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses

excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record in B2B sales.

● Identify and target potential clients for vertical residential and commercial

properties through research and market analysis.

● Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach,

and networking.

● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features

and benefits of Inventi's property management solution.

● Understand the unique needs of clients and tailor presentations to address their

specific challenges.

● Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial meeting to closure.

● Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet or

exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by

understanding their business objectives

● Cascade customer and market insights to the product development team to

constantly improve the product.

● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market

developments to effectively position our solution in the market.
