- As our Chief Revenue Officer your main responsibility is to grow revenues for The Digital Hotelier in Southeast Asia. You will be working directly with me, the Chief Executive Officer, to generate leads, qualify leads, sign contracts, activate accounts, and manage relationships with our hotel partners across the entire region.
- Maintain a marketing calendar for lead generation
- Rollout costeffective boosted ads on social media measured based on cost per lead
- Create marketing materials and sales deck aligned with brand book and technological offerings
- Contact and convert hotels and other hospitality industry clients into subscription plans.
- Conduct sales calls with interested clients to sell products and services of The Digital Hotelier.
- Draft subscription agreements with all required information for signing
- Collect monthly payments for signed subscription agreements.
- Manage handover to Account Management team.
- Manage both Acquisition and Account Management teams.
- Upsell new products and services to existing clients
- Review and propose pricing matrixes per area, star rating, and accommodation type.
- Monitor key competitors and create periodic competitive analysis.
- Ensure adherence to customer support policies and procedures.
- Proactively gather client feedback on a regular basis and discuss areas for success and improvements.
