    Job Description

    . Support in developing claims standard operating procedures, with a focus on claims processing, investigation, dispute resolution, payouts, and reporting
    . Supervise complex claims cases on an as-needed basis with input from underwriting and business teams, along with reinsurers, when necessary
    . Assist in establishing claims financial standards and KPIs, and create/monitor claims metrics for managing portfolio loss ratio and claims processing benchmarks
    . Participate in fraud prevention analysis and establish investigative guidelines to set a standard for claims risk management
    . Collaborate with the Product Management Team to lead and oversee system enhancements for claims process and overall insurance products
    . Back up quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with system and customer requirements
    . Work closely with business and cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational processes and enhance the product experience for internal and external users

    The Successful Applicant

    . A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent Business field
    . At least [5] years of experience in a Life Insurance company. Familiarity with general and health insurance products is preferred
    . Strong grasp of the local life and health insurance product market, including primary claims processes and key technology tools used in managing claims within a large-scale insurance environment
    . Knowledge of health-related claims and the Filipino health service systems overall (e.g., public/private healthcare, clinics, other providers) network
    . Sound understanding of local regulatory requirements, especially from a claims perspective
    . Experience collaborating with cross-functional, multi-country teams, adept at working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    . Capability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, while quickly adapting to change, exercising influence, and managing multiple concurrent projects efficiently
