    • Oversee Credit Operations team, approve salary and business loans.
    • Ensure accurate, timely loan processing from application to settlement.
    • Coordinate with Finance on MRACC's income and expenses documentation.
    • Assist BUH in business plan, budget prep, and expenditure monitoring.
    • Manage MRACC bank accounts, ensure timely funds transmittal.
    • Coordinate with treasury and finance for loan disbursement, billing, and collection.
    • Coach customer service officer, handle customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Act as point person for IT, Treasury, Finance, and 3rd party providers.
    • Regularly review and standardize MRACC processes.
    • Monitor AMLA implementation and reporting.
    • Submit reports to regulatory bodies as needed.
    • Assist BUH and sales in market survey, product enhancement, and pricing.
    • Act as Data Privacy Officer and liaison with Credit Insurance Commission.
    • Oversee Credit Operations, approve endorsed loans.
    • Foster relationships with clients, oversee client servicing.
    • Update credit evaluation system to minimize risk exposure.

    Qualifications

    Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or related field.

    3-4 years' experience as credit evaluator/approver in lending.

    4 years' supervisory experience in financial industry.

    Presentable, articulate, adaptable.

    Strong persuasion and leadership skills.

    Advanced knowledge in Excel, pivot, and VLOOKUP
