- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
- Preferably less than one year experience in the related field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Knowledge in Salesforce and Canva is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
- Must be resourceful and have very good analytical and leadership skills
- Must be outgoing and skilled at interpersonal interaction
- Must be able to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Must be reliable and results-oriented
- Should have great attention to detail
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Must have a fast and stable internet connection for a hybrid set-up and willing to work in in our office at IBM Plaza Eastwood Libis, Quezon City once a week
