    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the office, conducting administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient operations directly reporting to the COO. This is an on-site role located in Quezon City.

    Scope and Function:

    • Assist the COO in managing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
    • Create and design engaging presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders, utilizing various software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and PowerPoint.
    • Conduct thorough research and compile data to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
    • Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal teams, external partners, and clients, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
    • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the COO.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an admin assistant/executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) and other relevant software applications.
    • Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing presentations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
    • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
